隣の空き地の草が伸びてひどい

ウチの隣が空き地になってるのですが、夏になると草が伸び放題で困ってます うちの敷地や道路にもはみ出して空間が狭くなっています 勝手に刈ろうとしたのですが、太い篠竹で切るのが大変です 管理人さんが一日がんばってましたが畳半分くらい切ってギブアップしてました なんとかしてほしいものです
